Return Policy

If you are Unhappy with your new Purchased Item/s, changed your mind or purchased the wrong size, we will provide a Store Credit to you if you contact us within 10 days of your item/s being delivered.

You can then find an Alternative Item or Size to better suit you.

The credit can not be used with any discounts or active sales. Postal costs are non-refundable and will not be apart of the credit given.

Issue with Quality?

If there is an Issue with the quality of the item/s purchased through Eye of Dog we are happy to Refund your item/s if you contact us within 72 hours of the item being delivered. You must send up photos and information on the quality issue.

After 72 hours we only will give a Store credit for the purchased amount. The store credit does not include shipping costs. If you would like a store credit you must contact us within 10 days of the item/s being delivered.

We do not offer a refund if you have changed your mind about your order or purchased the incorrect size however, we are able to offer a store credit if we are contacted within the 10 days of receiving the item/s. Delivery and shipping costs are non-refundable.

If an item is to be returned, the return shipping cost will be at the customer’s expense and items must be unused and in it’s original packaging and condition.

Any packaging or tags must still be attached to items to be eligible for an exchange.

Please email us at Info@eyeofdog.com advising that you would like to return an item. Noting your order number and reason for returning the item/s in the email. We will provide you with Return shipping address, Please only use the return shipping address we provide you with.  If you use any other address it may not reach us.

Please note: you are responsible for return shipping costs and original shipping costs cannot be refunded. We recommend you send the parcel back with a trackable service as we are unable to guarantee that we will receive the parcel back if we can not check tracking and do not take any responsibility for lost items in transit.

Cancellation of Orders

Eye of Dog may cancel your order if for any reason we are unable to provide you with the products subject to your order. We will contact you should this occur.

You will not be entitled to claim any additional amounts or seek compensation for any loss, expense or damage (either direct or consequential) or for any loss of time or inconvenience, which may result from such cancellation.
